Equalisation help needed please

This is my first post on DP so hi all...and can I have some help, please!! I'm an open water scuba diver with tiny eustacian tubes (sinuses ok) and it can take me 12mins to 12m . Luckily I have a fab, patient buddy!!! I was using Valsalva but went on a freediving course recently and learned the frenzel manouvere. In the pool I got to 6m in 40 secs equalising constantly (instant pressure if I don't) whilst moving my neck and jaw then got stuck arond 5m. I couldn't progress at all beyond this depth...breath fine, tubes not being helpful.
I read a post about circular equalising. Does anyone have any views/ advice on this? I can't dive (Scuba) for next couple of weeks but want to give myself the best shot I can when I go. Hopefully, one day, I'll be able to equalise well enough to freedive too.
Cheers

Thanks so much Batray. Trux and Bryan have been really helpful. I'll be trying out their tips when I can next get to water
