Completely new to freediving

It's good to be here! Nice to meet you all

I live in Upstate New York currently, and won't be able to get into the water every day until school starts again, but in the meantime do you guys have any tips for beginners? Particularly out-of-the-water training tips would be awesome!

Thanks guys!

Lightbulb Something from my experience

Hi ,
Nice to see you here!

I can advice to do some holding + rest(about 1min) + holding + ...

it depends on your body and your time! but it will result awesome! it's tables(CO2 or O2), but if you have no improvement, the 2 advices :

1. Do dry training instead of wet.
2. Use hyperventilation, just if you have contractions very soon. (I know it's something risky, but depends on yourself).

Tell us your results!
