Hello, just found this site and it is great! I am getting back into freediving and scuba after a couple year hiatus. I love abalone and spearfishing the California coast around Fort Bragg. I just got an ocean kayak, so look forward to opening up some new spots. I bought a JBL sawed off magnum the other day. I have used a pole spear mainly, but looking forward to getting into some large lingcod, halibut and rock fish. After browsing the site, I may have to make a couple of my own spearguns as well. I love working with metal and wood.
