Hi, guys, I feel crasy about free diving! Here is a picture of my SCUBA girlfriend on the surface from 4 meters, while me freediving..... At 4-10 meters water temperature is going down from ~21 to ~7 celcius in our lakes. Still - I want to get to free diving Instructor's level. I do want it. Pls help to get there...... My achievements are not great at all, but I got to unstressed freediving up to 1 minute. Any advise, help or direction to The school would be appreciated.
