Been out lately? We went a week ago. Viz marginal, shot some small stuff but had a great time meeting gents from DB in person. Took my 17' sloop Nema about a mile out in the Gulf of Mexico & she rode well. Next time out to the 5 mile rigs! Cheers & blessings from Texas. Bye the way I'm working on a secure mount for camera to gun AND a bow pulpit w/ dolphin figurehead on the boat.

    Khalid:

Nice shots with the gun! I like the way the cam mounts to the gun. I think I'll rig the same. If I had a rich uncle I'd come over to hang w/ yall! Rigth now setting recently graduated daughter up in Dallas w/ new job. Blessings on you and yours and may "the man in the grey suit" never visit your catch. Chef Al

Sound good and fun. since its a small camera try to mount it on your gun because it will be easyer to video your action.

Went to Panama City Beach Fl last week for family vacation. Snorkeled some flats w/ family & I got to free dive a nice wreck in 25 ft of water. good viz. Saw a 2m nurse shark, 33kg Goliath grouper, smaller groupers (let'em live) & shot 2 really huge Spade Fish for table fare. Used the Hero3 to great effect except on the wreck. Changed the batteries AND LEFT IT ON THE TABLE!!! What a duffuss. Anyway lithium batteries are the answer and I just need to get used to shooting pics & fish at same time. Thanks for the advice. Hope to take some shots & pics later this summer on Txeas offshore rigs. I'll advise. Regards, Chef Al
