Mate, you're a star. You should have so many medals hanging round your neck you wouldn't need weights! See you on monday and we'll start working towards that elusive 9metre DYN with monofin!!!

I think 9 metres is more realistic for the end of this year

Thanks for another good pool session. I'm still smiling about my 5 minutes static with Jay (and his 5:04) - and my 8 metre DYN with mono!!! If I spent a couple of hours practising mono-fin technique a couple of times a week, do you think I could do 10 metres with a mono by christmas?!!! ha haa

Thanks for the lift (again), I hope you got home in time. See you next week.

Thanks for a great day! I'm keen to get as much training in as possible so will do my best to work out logistics... It is a long way but that doesn't bother me. Will be in touch soon.
