    Hello,
Yes there are direct trains but I guess it depends on the departure time. I'll check again in december.
    Cheers,

Hi Chris! thanks for offering me a lift to Saltfree. I'll be leaving from Brighton so anywhere near a train or tube station would good.
    Cheers,
    Kat

    Hiya, thanks for your rely.
I'm around Ilford, I've looked around here for a dive shop but no luck. Looks like I will have to travel quite a way.

Hi Chris! Yes, I saw. Welcome to APNEA.cz. You will most likely want to start with the Apnea Training Manager, by doing some dry static exercises - check it under the training in the menu

BTW, any reason why you created two accounts? Which of them can I delete?

Hey Chris, I've just gotten into the whole MySpace thing. Never had much use for it...but it actually has come in quite handy with keeping up with people! Thanks for the add...on here and on the other site. Dive safe!

It's been a while since i posted a blog on here as i now use my blogspot which is linked onto my signature.

My training is going well since i have found these forums and since i started talking with everyone on here i have taken a different approach to my training (statics and dynamic)

Diet is good and prepairation before training is still experimental but showing signs of improvment.

My static times have been consistantly over 5mins with a 5min 32sec PB...

Well, i did my course last year (deep tank diver) with Emma Farrell and have been training ever since. I got stuck on 3mins 20sec for my statics for ages and couldn't get past 75mtrs for my dynamics for months.

Then i finally got myself on here (deeperblue forums) and started learning from people who know.

Tonight i set a new PB in dynamic of 100mtrs and my statics times are consistently at 4mins 40sec now.

I cant find any place that i would rather be than...

All times are GMT. The time now is 23:41.
