"Note to self" dont drink the pool water, pool water bad! and definatly not the kids pool water it has a funny yellow hue to it!

Training this week has been cancelled due to man flu and the worse chest infection i've already had!! PANTS! Hope ya well mate.

NP man, good luck with the 6 minutes. I need to practice my statics. Not much real diving to do, mostly have to train dry. Not an abundance of freediving in Illinois, more around Chicago I guess, 3 hours drive North East
