Whats up Blaiz Dog?!! Hey man just saying hi. I'm working again haven't been out to spearfish in about a month. How are things with you? Have you heard of Gilbert Gacula? He makes guns up in Seattle. He's from the big island, but he got a job as an engineer up in the pacific northwest. Anyway, he owns/operates spear-diver and he makes some killer looking teak guns. He's not making any until spring, but I got on his list for a gun sometime in February/March. If you want to see some sick looking guns check his site out.....spear-diver.com. Well not much else too say, just work. Hope all is well and that you are enjoying the great diving conditions out there in the beautiful islands this time of year. I'll talk to you later.
    Alex.

Yeah buddy, good one on the kingy. Ive heard they are like ono and you gotta aproach them from behind. Clearing the land is going to be this comming weekend (the 13th i think) I just got a new little garmin gps72 off of ebay for like 60 bucks. Havnt had too much of a chance to use it other than the tide charts, which is pretty cool too.

    Take her easy

    Hey bro,
How'd it go working for your dad clearing out the land? Well I hope. Went out this past weekend, found an island we didn't know about; it was nice. We just loaded the zodiac with 25 gallons of fuel, some oil, water, and a couple big coolers full of ice. We used a little Garmin hand held and went for it!! It turned into a good trip as we shot some nice fish, couple of big King Mackrel and two varieties of grouper. I'm going to drop a a new thread with the pics on friday (if I have time). My king got me back, took a hold on my ring finger and chewed me up. I couldn't get him to let go until i put my knife thru the back of his head!! Free advice keep hands away from big fishies mouth. Talk to you later,
    Alex.

Hey bro just droping a line. Got some new gear Cressi Marseille flex belt, Omer Millenium Runner fins (so nice to have new fins!!), and an Omer Maxi Lazer knife. I wanted to put them to use on the pinnacle this past weekend but the guy we went out with's engines died 15 miles into the trip. The worst part is that me and Berty , and Cav are working on this guys boat and he doesn't know anything about his own stuff. We called the coast gaurd and got towed back in. Want to talk about 3 spearos who were totally pissed! Man we were mad. Thank god we brought a loaded cooler the guy didn't even have water on board. Worst part was that when we got back it was to late to do an evening run on our home spot so we ended up totally wasting a day. On another note I was wondering what gun you're using right now? Is it a 110 cm or is it standard American, like a Riffe? Motive behind this is that I got to get a longer gun for the bluewater tournament next spring in Hateras and I want to start using it ASAP!!! Plus I've missed just as many fish as I have shot at lately because I'm using a 75cm Euro and it has no range and no balls! Drop me a line. And sincerely.....the fish rubbing is beautiful art man. It looks like you really inspired some people and that's awesome.
    You Keep it Reel,
    Alex.

Yesterday my buddy and I kayaked out to a shipwreck ~1 mile off of shore. The wreck is an old whaling ship that was sunk in 100ft of water for the use of a submarine that takes tourists underwater. The Wreck has been there for close to 3 years and has attracted some large and very tasty fish. i.e. Uku aka Green Jobfish, Mu aka bigeye emperor, Ulua aka GT and many other reef and palagic speciece.

The day could not have been better (well maybe less one experience), water vis was over...
