Hi Cesar,
It was me and my Dad you would have seen last saturday, and the spearing Nazi's also tried stopping us. As yet I have also struggled to find any local by-law and was rather annoyed at being told to go 300m away from the pier! I have only taken up spearing this season so I am still learning - its rather frustrating when your Dad is pulling them out 3or 4 at a time yet I am lucky to get one!
I am sure me and my Dad would be more than willing to meet up with you for a good dive. Let me know if you need any help with the Swanage pier scenario - it is a shame they have this made up law as we saw a load of fish during our dive!
