HI Dreamer.
I'm fine thanks. The weather is great down here at the moment, so I've been out diving a lot recently. A few of us went to Torquay for the Devon Spearo BBQ on Monday and had a fun time meeting other DB members. Lots of tasty food too!
Just sat at home today (bored) waiting for a carpet to be delivered.

How are things going up there? Have you managed to get in diving recently? There are some good catches being made down here at the moment. Just got to wait for this weather to clear up to get in again.

I thought I read that you were interested in doing a Spearo course Portland Spearo and freediving with Bryn, aka Almostafish. Apparantly its a good place to start. There is also a Deeperblue BBQ going on in Devon in May http://forums.deeperblue.com/uk-irel...qs-2009-a.html. I'm not sure if everyone has decided on a location yet, but it would be a great place to meet some local divers. I hope your toncilitis clears up soon. The water is warming up and the fishies are coming back!

well the south devon spearos are ignoring me so I guess I'm with you guys!! Won't be out to play until I've got over my gurgly stomach bug, Ten days now?! Wail!!!!!!!

Hi Abbi

Yep everyone can spearfish, some of the world champions are ladies! At the moment I am only scheduling courses up to the end of July but dates after that will be available shortly.

have a look at Portland Spearo and freediving for more info. We go into the freediving side of things along with a little chart work and understanding the tides and what fish are where.. Or meant to be! Lots of stuff really.

I like your pic, you just need a conch shell..
