Hello,
I live in Japan and contacted Omer through their web page and they sent me some replacement parts (not sure what you call the thing, but it sits under the spear when loaded). I also have a schematic of the gun and could sent it to you if that is any help. I was a bit of a pain replacing the part, so if you need any help with that I will try and explain it to you just let me know.
