Hello Emma!!!!!!!!
My diet hasn't started yet. My twin sister (who had a baby 9 months ago) has great glee that I am now 10 pounds heavier........ To be honest I don't care! But she still starts every text with "Hello Fatty"..... Just rude....... Anyway. Speak soon. Well I still have nearly 4 months til bikini-gate so I'm not worried!!! Love Abbi xxxxxx

Ei Emma,

The trip to Kalymnos was SO GREAT. Good times. Thank you again for everything. The program transformed the way I enjoy the water. To me, that is big deal. Hope to have opportunity to study with you and your team again someday.

I know, it's a shame that it won't stay that lovely... is it really sad to admit that I sit in the bath with it, giving it a good old scrub so that all the slime from the lake diving comes off and leaves it all shiny?!.... or is that as bad as admiting that I sleep with my fins?! (JOKE!) Everytime I think about Kaly I'm like a puppy with a bladder problem
