Hi Steve, I hope you are getting into the water this summer. Post more pics. Maybe global warming will make your 'Welsh Riviera' the best place on earth! The area certainly is pretty enough. I've posted a video on the Beach Bar, one of my million dollar babies sang with Janis Joplin's original band, Big Brother and the Holding Company. I'm sitting up front,I'm the fossil in the tropical shirt!

every things still up in the air as to the new ground though
them new yankie owners that lfc are like the two crooks from the eddy murphy film trading places randolph and mortimer dragging team through the papers
the money spent by reds including club purchase, signings is about 450 million the actual money that randy and mortimer put in is about £10 million
thats just a downpayment on hefty mortgage

I was doing my PhD at Bangor and travelling from Pensby every day, my mate's house came up for sale so we decided to buy it and here we are by the sea, just about as close to heaven as I could get.
I was in town a couple of weeks ago, didn't get to see the new shops, just St Johns to see chicken George for some barbie meat.
Haven't been up to Anfield since I was a hooligan teenager pre Hillsbourgh, the good old days when you stood in the Kop. Have they started work on the new pitch yet?

I'm in Anglesey now, I used to live over Wavertree and Penny lane. Know what you mean about hating living there but I love the place to bits, I never seem to get time to get back to see the place.

Monchan some things are worth keeping at, go for it, without spearfishing I don't think I would have come through the last few years as sane as I have. I find the time I'm in the water I can forget all the crap that's going on around me for that short time. The last few years have been a roller coaster ride emotionally ( I started out wanting to write about something else but now I'm off I'll try to come back to it later). With leaving my last job a few years ago in a mid life crisis sort of way...

Boredom is setting in big time, the demise of yet another season is rearing its ugly head again, maybe because the summer was so crap anyway I might not actually know the difference until well after Christmas. It's funny how the more bored you get the less your mind wants to explore new things, I've found myself a couple of times this week slouched in the chair, laptop on knee looking at the same few sites in a circular fashion in a sub concious manner, how sad can I get?

The bright...

Well crap! Have you seen the weather? I've all but given up on the season now. Maybe next year will be better, it can't get much worse that's for sure. The good thing about living up here in the Welsh riviera is that we are so close to the sea which makes it very easy to take advantage of the few decent opportunities to get out and do some spearing. We're also within 1/2 an hour of Snowdonia too which is stunningly beautiful whatever the weather.

Of course for every good thing there's...

Been an uneventful day decorating a spare bedroom. News of the day has been of a young diver Nicole Cuomo who was separated from her buddies off Florida and is likely to be adrift on her own in strong tides. 23 hours now, if she is still alive I do hope she has the strength of character to keep going

Well it's been an interesting day. Had an interesting PM the contents of which I think may be made public over the next few days and the person who sent it to me? What a wally All brought back some memories and a little heartache.

Well the weather is still grim and it looks like it may be the end of the season, boat or no boat, fingers crossed though we still may get out. Thinking forward to this winter, it will be the first one in 7 years I won't be tied to a computer for 18 hours...
