Hi,

My back is holding out just fine, going to gym and playing underwater hockey.
As for the next trip I am off to zanzibar on the 20th of feb untill the 1st of march.
The plan is to go straight up to nungwi, I have some friende there. Once at nungwi we head straight for the Pemba island to the north, stopping over on a reef called Leven bank in the middle of the ocean, if the currents are good it's just incredible. I have never seen so many huge fish as at leven bank(even with bad currents).
Pemba is to put it simply untouched. Huge fish and beautifull reefs.
I have a great underwater camera so there will be footage.

How's your back? The operation go well?

Hi there good to hear your back is holding up, just make sure you dont try and plug a giant Tuna and try wrestling it... eishh ya I put the trip on my blog no diving excet quick snorkel but am supposed to be going back in January for a reshoot, I think I would rather go to Cape Verde islands though. I may be heading off to Dubai if I can arrange some work for the next three months as things are slow here.. perhaps I will finally get some international diving under the belt.

Sorry for not replying sooner, just had back surgery(when very well).
Am originally from Cape Town, and yes have some plans to meet up witha mate of mine in Ncala in december. He is planning on driving up with a 4x4 and his rubber duck. I will fly to joburg and arrange a charter to ncala. These are early plans, but I am keen.

Hey where are you from initially and do you plan to do any more trips to MOzambique in the near future.
