Meal turned out great! Gonna get in the hot tub after dark. Sounds like the wine went down well. I've been enjoying the Texas crop of muscatos this year. Goes real well chilled in this heat.

Sir Podge, BFT post was deleted. Crap-was well worth the introspection and awareness generated in the spearo community but who knows who got nasty. For your benefit--tonight I'm taking a medium red snapper (gutted, scaled, finned but whole), on foil, bed of 10-15 sweet onions, s&p&onion&garlic powder, covered in Poblano chilis julianned, fancy 'shrooms,covered in a chipotle(roasted jalapenos)-honey vinagrette. Seal in foil,grilled,30 min. Sides-RoyalRice(wild, brown, red & white rice mix)w/'shrooms, garlic, onions--and steamed brocolli. All from my store (garden now scorched earth) 'cept the snapper-came from a couple of my young'ns fm Meat Market gave me a fish!Love'em! November going w/ them-tuna fish out in the Gulf of Mexico. See if'n I can jump overboard to spear. I'll also take pics and post. Been sailing 3 time sthis summer and am getting ready to do some major mods to Nema. Will include pics of boat/mods as well.
