Hey, I found those fins used on Italian eBay (www.ebay.it)
You can try calling owner of http://www.maremania.info/ he knows the guy who used to make them....and also he has several samples/prototypes at the store. Owners name is Ahmed, he is really nice and speaks excellent english. Hope this helps
