im still waiting for saltwater lingcod to open up here i think its still closed halibut opened on the 1st but that will be a tricky fish to find get sole and green ling are the other two options really maybe rockfish but lots of conservation areas round vancouver

sounds good theirs also a possibility for some fresh water ling cod up were you are also known as burbot they get about 4-12 pounds im still trying to figure out if i can spear up north regulations are crazy here as my folks own a hunting fishing resort on francois lake near smithers

when are you moving here i haven't hit the water here yet, just moved from new zealand trying to find as many dive buddies as possible
