Little Buddy!! old mate udiyana bandit is here in Brazil with me and he asks about you every day. Hows things? Life is good here, there is so much food and beer you cant believe! we are going to all you can eat sushi tonight, all you can eat!

Anyway hope things are well, say hi to the family and start using your face book so we can keep in touch. I posted a couple of pics from Easter island.

Hey I am starting to play around with exhale statics, my times are short but for some strange reason there is motivation there for me at this time so I´m going to stick with them for a bit. Got any tips for your cyber buddy? I´ve been getting into a pool a bit and doing some stretches and holds in 1.75m of water, feels so much nicer in the water. How do you break up your exhale statics? If you find any motivation to do a few maybe we could compare some notes and keep training together while I´m away. Hope the divings is going well, put that beer down and pick up that stop watch.

hi, sorry didn't notice your message before...

training is going ok, switching to no warmup but finding it difficult to get all the air out of my 1.5mm Elios suit without holding my breath for too long. Did 127 meters a few weeks ago (112 mtr was my previous pr) so had great plans to beat the national record (122 meters) last friday. For many small reasons my mind was not in a 'do the best I can' mode. When asked what I wanted to do I could only answer: 'not dissapoint myself'... I came up much, much to early when I had reached my former minimum training distance (which I should up by 25 meters). I came up at 80 meters, after a harder than usual 25-75 meters, feeling that this would be ok for this day. Of course a down feeling grew during the evening and the next day I was in a really bad mood. Better now, but need to find a way to do an ok performance on an offday and not quit like this.

And how is your training going?
