    Hey yoda

No diving as yet, just getting prepped on dry-land, with dynamic walks, exercise etc. It's a bit difficult to fit anything in to my schedule other than the exercise sessions in the evening and the apnea in the morning, because I go to Uni (well a college, but it's a Uni degree course) but that all alters in May/June.
We've had snow, but it has cleared today, the rains managed to wash it all away; it's been sat on the ground for about 2 weeks, so it was nice to see clear ground...made it hell cycling through to college for lectures, but all good exercise.
Iceland, that's interesting; I'm in touch with a Professor at the Icelandic University in relation to my dissertation...and did Old Norse studies last year as one of my modules. You'll have to let me know how you get on, from what the lecturer tells me, the fermented shark doesn't go down well unless you drown it with lots of booze, like she did; said she just kept drinking try to get rid of the taste. Isn't there an area in Iceland, Silfra I believe, where they freedive; saw it on Google.

Will certainly dive safe, when I get to do so.

well not to good if we believe everything on the news...funny thing is none of our friends or family has complained about anything there ??
if iceland does decied to join the eec which the trade unions have asked for (in return for them shifting all thiere pension funds from foriegn banks back to islandic ones to boost the economy) then the kroner will disapiiar and the euro will kick in great for sellers but not so great if you are trying to buy and at the moment its a great time to buy( a house that is) we don't see it as being the end of our dream to go live in Iceland, far from it.
so as to the implications well i guess we just have to wait and see
we are going there in november to visit some estate agents to see property and I guess we will get a good idea of what is really happening !
so how are you doing bro? have you been doing any depth training lately... when are you going to make the enormouly long journey down to salt free at chepstow so we can dive together before we head off to "the land of fire and ice" well for that matter maybe I should head up your way if you have some where to dive up there..
