Help Just Received My Competion Waterway Mono Model 1 Middle Distance Had Tough Time Putting It On Dry Land The Lake I Dive Is Damn Cold Not Sure How I Can Put It On. The Mono Seems Delicate Came With A Half Used Tube Of Ukraineian Rubber Cement Thanks Rob

Rubber cement? I haven't heard about that before.
Try bringing a bottle of soapy water with you, if the lake is too cold. But you're getting in anyway  What kind of socks are you wearing? Maybe try wrapping your feet in plastic bags on top of the socks.
