How to change the footpocket of my mono?

it´s getting a bit crumbly.....
Has anybody ever changed the footpocket?
How do I do this?

I would contact the fanufacturer for assistance, I think most would respond, they might be able to tell you what kind of glue was used etc.

As I have no idea this will be difficult - I bought the fin second hand and I only know this is some russian model

maybe post a pic of it and someone on these threads might be able to identify it. is it open heal mono pocket or bi-fin type pocket?
