Specialfins - Freediving Dolphin FRD

Have you tried this monofin?
Is is good for freediving or is it maybe better for pool training?

Which softness would you recommend (I have ~95-100kg, ~187cm height), she would be used for CW primary?

I started with a hard fibreglass dolphin and now have a hard carbon dolphin. I love them both but get the carbon if you can afford it

i can't afford it yet + it's my first monofin so I wouldn't be able to use carbon advantages anyway

I'm using it both on pool and for constant..and it is great on the pool and even better when you want to go deep. I think its beacuse it is so hard..at first you really have to work your legs and learn the style but when you catch it you go like a true doplhin under water

Re: Specialfins - Freediving Dolphin FRD

Soo i can compare it to:
Sporasub elite hd..hard bi fins..and the monofin is even a bit harder but in a good way, because the fins were really hard to swim, because they didn't "remember" the straight position and the mono really gives this thing
Gara 3000 ld..totally different leauge..but they have one thing the same..they go back to the straight way..if you swam in gara you know what i mean
