Looking to freedive in So. California

Hey guys,

I am going to be visiting some family that live in Huntington Beach between December 17 - 20, 2003 and was wondering if anyone down there would be willing to meet up and do some freediving. My problem is that I have never been freediving there, so I don't know any good sites or anyone to dive with.

If someone is willing, I would greatly appreciate it and hopefully I could return the favor some day if you happen to come north.

They are a great group and most willing to bring in visitors for some freediving fun. Steve's e-address is listed on the home page. He should steer you into some good diving

Feign, I agree with OceanSwimmer. I'd check out OC Hunter (I'm a member). I'd offer to go diving with you, but I have this lousy flu. Check out the OC Hunter website and try PM'ing apneaRoche or Dan33. I've gone spearfishing with these guys, and they're really friendly.

Hey guys,

Thanks for your response. I left on the 17th and didn't check my email after that. I managed to get some good diving in though. My cousin had a map of orange county dive spots and I did some exploring. I didn't find any great depths though. I will check out your website and next time I head down there I will try to contact you. Take care,
