Absolutely yes. Short range, but that's its only downisde. You won't use it as your main weapon, but as your second gun kept hanging on your float and ready for speacial tasks, especially for shooting into narrow holes. It's good for stone shots on holed fish from breams and eels up to big groupers, or otherwise you may use it for the finishing second shot.
They will always be short shots, but very powerful. The Mini-Mini Sten shoots an 8 millimeters thick shaft with a high pressure up to 25 bars. Compared to firearms, it's a sawed off shotgun: big resolutive firepower in narrow spaces
