Hi, I am HOOKED!!! What a great way to do fish....but mixed wild mushrooms a must....and the lemon juices..herbs...garlic...potatoe....

Ooooaaaaarrrgh! I'm with Surfnspear. My stomach is full but my taste buds just went into overdrive reading that one. I'm not sure that politicians deserve such meals but I must thank Jamie for sharing it. Hmmm, I'll be it goes a treat with Mexican snapper, too. Oddly enough, I still have some in the freezer!

Nice one matey, I’ve not even been able to gather any more Scallops of late due to a blocked ear (which is now just starting to ease).
Going to have to get to the gym as some of the blubber I lost last year is creeping back on. Slow metabolism fast pie arm!!!!!!
