Borrowed from elsewhere... 'Lyr' is Norwegian for Pollack:

I fileted the lyr and roasted it in a hot oven with plenty of sea salt, black pepper, fennel and lemon. (Slabs of butter too) Made a sauce from reducing the juice of white wine steamed mussels, cream, butter and lemon. Added almond potatoes and some sugar snap peas and a great Italian white wine

Fillet , cut into strips, toss in flour, fry and put in fish taco's (my favourite)

Bake fillets with a cheese and herb crust

Fry in batter, serve with chips and mushy peas

Fish pie
