Real Easy REal TASTY!!...
Ingredients... some thinly sliced pieces of fresh raw Tuna Olive oil Lime Balsamic vinegar mixed greans salt and freshly groundpepper sesame seeds Directions 1 - in abowl mix 2 TBS olive oil, 1 TBS balsamic vinegar and the juice of one lime and stir welll 2 - Place the tuna slices in the mixture and leave for 30 minutes to marinade 3 - Arrange the mixed greens on the serving plate 4 - Take out the tuna slices and place over the mixed greens 5 - Add salt and pepper to the tuna 6- Sprinkle some sesame seeds ENJOY..(possible with some Ciabatta bread YUMMY

Nice one Marwan maybe a little very finely sliced chili in the marinade?

Chili yes if liked but just a little bit or it'll burn your tongue and you'll loose the rest of it.
Marwan this is my favourite dish. If you have chance try the same with dentex and, even better, amberjack (ricciola). Carpaccio di Dentice: -sharpen the tip of your shaft -dive near the edge of a promontory where water drops suddenly from shallow to deep -shoot and land a M-A-R-V-E-L-O-U-S dentex -fillet the fish -proceed as Marwan said. I know that for our english mates the Dentex and amberjacks and tuna are hardly within their reach, but while we're at recipes, I found an interesting recipe of a Wrasse sauce for spaghetti...I'll post it later if somebody is interested...
