Devon: Brixham & Lyme Regis Scallops ...

Somebody told me there was a new article today & that "Blair is banning taking scallops". Had a look and could only find this Guardian article from June 3rd, it related to dredging round S. Devon:

Bridport & Beer are also mentioned as voluntary "reserve" areas. (Looking through Google, it looks like the PM is often served scallops at official dinners, inc. in the USA & France -- ginger & garlic, yum!).
