The recent safety discussions have got me thinking - who do I trust to supervise a max attempt, empty lung static or other risky activity?
I will now only do these things if I am with an experienced buddy I know well, and who has never given me any reason to doubt their competence. It would be interesting to see some opinions on the matter. Lucia |

= "Most freedivers"
First and foremost I have to trust myself to exit when I need to. So to be honest, I don't really pay too much attention to the "external" safety setup on max attempts. I just assume that fellow freedivers will know what to do, at least in the pool.

Lucia, I would add that i would trust freedivers who are experienced, and can exceed the max that i am aiming for
