Robinson Curoso Island

Has anyone been to this arch. off Chile? If so, how did you find it? Are there fish other than yellow tail to hunt? Is it heavily speared and are the fish spooky. Any other general info, do you need a boat? Are accom. super pricey, etc. Much thanks for any info.
