How do you thread a Spear?

I am planning on getting a seac asso 115 cm pneumatic speargun. This will be my first pneumatic, I do not know how to make a thread at the end on the spear (which is required for pneumatics).

Re: How do you thread a Spear?

the best thing is to buy threaded shafts with no need of "do it yourself", and I'm quite sure that your Asso too will come with a threaded shaft. If not, you can find them from any european online shop.
Welcome to the "dark side"
PS- if you really want to do it yourself you need the proper machinery and know how, but then why?

Re: How do you thread a Spear?

Well, if I can thread it myself, I can cut it to the length I want and use every brand I want. And on my first search I didn't find a 130 cm 7mm spear with single flopper and thread at the end. Do you know a site where to order such a spear?
