New to freediving

I am 18, from Canada. I just got into spearfishing, which then got me intrested in freediving. I am not sure what is good for a dynamic or static. My static is 2 mins and 35 seconds and my dynamic with fins is 55-60m or so. Is this good for starters? How can I further my training. Any help would be great.

Those times are pretty good for starters, way better than what I could do when I started out...
