Help with some technical questions..

Hi Everyone,

I have recently started practising the CO2 and O2 table charts and wanted to know some further info I couldnt find by searching....

I am trying to practise the CO2 and O2 on alternate days, but wanted to know how often I should try and break my PB...which is only a minor 1min and 20 secs... I only started to read up on Static and dynamic apnea in the last few weeks and whilst I was practising I can already feel like I could beat it...should I try every day? before or after I practise the tables?

Should I try and beat my PB on the same days that I do the tables and how many times should I attempt to do it in one day?

Also....when practising lengths in a pool or just static apnea, I find that if I fill my lungs completely with air I cant even get past 20 secs as this kinda feels uncomfortable, but If I only half fill, I can relax and it feels like I could go on for so much longer??
Is this right technique? should I be filling my lungs totally even though it feels uncomfortable?
Not sure what is right or wrong? My aim eventually is to hold for about 4 mins...I am being too adventurous?

Thankyou and apologies for the long Post!

Best
Rob
