Hi. When I go to search for a keyword, such as cressi comanche, I get two pages of threads and posts. Some of the threads are 3,4 and 5 pages. This makes it very difficult to find what you're looking for. Many people just start a new thread and then get someone saying that there are many posts about this topic and to use the search feature more.
Is there any way you guys can make the search feature better? Maybe make it like a google search result, where you get little blurbs of info so you don't have to search through pages and pages for what you want. Improving the search feature will save time and space on the site. Thanks, Chris

In the Search Options it has a choice of "Show Results as" Threads or Posts. If you tick Posts, it makes it easier to find the useful results.

Exactly Naiad,
If you select Search Posts as your option it will return posts inside each thread. Alternatively if you get to a big thread you can search the thread as well by clicking on the "Search Thread" option when viewing the thread (it appears on the top right when you are viewing the thread itself. |
