I keep recieving e mails telling me that people have replied to threads i have contributed to..I probaly agreed to something along the line. Anyone know how to make it stop?

There are two bits to this.

Firstly you need to set your default Thread Subscription Mode to off in your User Options: http://forums.deeperblue.net/profile.php?do=editoptions

Then you need to delete all subscriptions you currently have:
