how to add a forum

Hello, i just signed up on deeperblue.net and I am having troubles posting a forum. I can respond to them (thread) but I cant figure out how to actually post my own questions or stories. I hope to hear from you soon and thank you for your time and consideration

Hmm, did not you do just that right now? Your question was posted as a new thread. You are not supposed to create new forums for that purpose. Users either reply in threads of others, or post a new thread in a forum of their choice.
