I think I mistakenly put an email into the 'junk' folder which blocks further messages from that address. I have tried but don't seem to be able to turn it off. Can anyone help?

Adam, have you tried to drag it back to the inbox? That usually marks it as "safe", then you could also add it to your "contacts", that might work as well. Let me know if it does.
