Has anyone experienced suddenly not being sable to put the Aeris f10 v2 into freedive mode? It's happened twice before, but on those occasions it suddenly worked as it should after a few minutes in the sea. Alas not this time. Instead of switching to freedive mode, it now displays zeroes all over the screen for a few seconds before returning to the normal watch display. I've been using it for two-three years, changed battery once. Tried taking the battery out and putting it back in, no change in behavior.

Contact Aeris Support by Phone. (I've not seen the problem) - that said - you can try messing around with the PC interface. but really - call Aeris.

Thanks guys. I've been in touch with my local Aeris support office, and it looks like my f10 will go on a little trip to receive the proper care.
