It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
Is the research already done? I can't find the results?

There are no results yet. They are going to recruit subjects by the end of this year. I think they will announce it on DB.

Well... It looks a bit like an undergraduate proposal and I haven't seen any reference for funding. A proposal is a proposal and there's no guarantee that the research will happen :( Can be because of a lack of funding or lack of scientific quality. May I propose a crowd funding campaign on apnea research? :D ...with an ample travel budget? ;)
