It's a poll to know how long time does your easy phase last when you are doing static. The easy phase is usually referred as the phase without contraction. Although some people don't have contractions but a burning sensation or else, this was the question is asked on this term.

The easy part will last forever if you do static alone.

When my PB was around 5:30, my contractions came up at around 2:50 - 3:00. They occur a bit earlier now, around 2:30 - 2:40. In my 6:33 PB I think I even got them at around 2:20

Was going to ask the same thing, hope more people will answer [emoji2]

Dry I get the contractions always at 1:15, like clockwork. In pool around 10 seconds later. PB in both is a few seconds over 4 min.

3-4 minutes. Usually at about 3.30. Normally the contractions ease off a bit and I'm more comfortable until oxygen deprivation starts to make it uncomfortable 60-90 seconds later. Last 60-90 seconds after that are a struggle..
Contractions come a lot sooner when actively diving and I don't force it much after that

this pool can be biased. Before the static some use hyperventilation, some dont, some are between...
