Review: The 2014 Lunocet Monofin – Part II

Nice, and comprehensive review, thanks.

Much was as I had surmised, but one thing really surprised me, the need for very good classic monofin technique. I had assumed that the lunacet classic would be similar to the Dolfin in that respect, but seems quite different. The Dolfin x20 and x18(my fin) are extremely tolerant of technique, adapting easily to lots of different stroke styles. Of course, they work best with good technique, but its not all that important except in high level competition. Any idea why the difference?
