Hi,
I'll be visiting Curaçao in May 2007, for three weeks. I'll be staying a 20 minutes drive west from Willemstad, on Bandabao. Sadly, none of my previous divebuddies 'll be there, so I'm looking for a divebuddy, to go on a couple of dives. I've got my Advanced Open Water. I'm not really a novice at diving, but consider myself to be one, as I only have just about 45 dives to my name. These include deep and night dives. I only have dived on Curaçao, so between last and first dives non-diving periods of a year are common. An upside: I do know Curaçao quite well, as I've been there before, once for research for my MA thesis. I'll most likely take a couple of guided dives just to get back into diving, but after that it would be great to go diving off the beaten track again. Anybody on Curaçao, or going there, interested? |

@ Greendiver
I envy you, having lived there. It's a wonderfull island with a nice laidback atmosphere and people. The diving is always nice on Curaçao As for first time blowing bubbles up to unsuspecting snorklers, Curaçao as well for me. You probably have dived all around the island, so some advice is welcome. I'm planning some dives on the southwest and westcoast of Bandabou, any ideas? Done most of the touristy dives over there and a couple very nice non-tourist divespots as well. The divespot has to be accessable by pick-up. Don't mind a bit of rough driving. Indiana |
