Fins, Fins and more Fins please.

Hi All,

I've come to the conclusion that i need better fins than the Tiguilio fins I have. please post what you have and what you have had in the past and a rating +/- points etc.

Big Scott has a set of cressi that look nice and people seem to rave over these ICE fins so info away please!!

Tribs.

Re: Fins, Fins and more Fins please.

I've used the normal 'plastic' Dessault fins over the years and have got on with them fine; inexpensive and you can bash them about a bit which is great for UK diving. I've also used a variety of carbon fins which have all been good but probably better for deeper diving in clear water; they are also more fragile so not great for banging against rocks etc.

Re: Fins, Fins and more Fins please.

I have just treated myself to a pair of Leaderfins (Stereofins Classic) they are the dogs! So much easier to fin with than my old pair of Cressi LD's, I now glide through the water effortlessly -- so I recommend these (eak I see they have just gone up in price, must be the crap exchange rate on the Euro at the moment)
