Ted,

I think I got at least two other guys to join me, ok one guy is a Chicago bears fan. We plan on getting out there early, spearing for a couple of hours, and by time we turn into rubber-coated popcicles you'll be back home to watch the kick-off.

I haven't actually seen you in the water in over a month and can't remember if you still know how to swim.

Jon

I honestly haven't been this upset about any pro game since the Brewers lost the 1982 World Series (I was in 2nd grade - and I cried long after Stormin' Gorman struck out). The way that Packer game ended made me (literally) sick to my stomach. And I've already had 2 dreams about it. What the heck is wrong with me . I had no idea I was such a fan[atic].

??? eat it ??? -- oh, the game !!!

Yeah, that was pretty exciting. I watched and I don't even like football.

For a second, I thought that you were giving Jim a hard time about being in Coz while you were freezing your butt off in Wisconsin. Since I am freezing my butt off in Philly here, I wondered how I ended up in there ...

right then....so here's my and Jon's most popular dive spot. Had to bore through 18 inches of concrete to get to the 'warm' stuff. Crazy Jon 'talked' me into an ice dive on Sat, so more photo should be on the way.

speaking of the Packers...saw Brett out golfing the other day, he must be home for the off season. Dang Killbillies(he's from D'Kiln Mississippi-pronounced "de kill". We get more cheese heads stoppin on the road just to take a pick of that sign...

Cool Unirdna's Cement Drill.....

Honestly, you fellas are dedicated divers. Anyone crazy enough to spend the time and energy drilling through 18" of ice to dive is either a serious diver.....or has waaay too much time on his hands!
What are the temps under the 'cement', gentlemen?

(and we complain about a little rain here in SoCal...)

32 degrees (f) close to the surface and 39.6(f) on the bottom.

BTW: you must have a pretty loose definition of the word "gentleman" if your talking about Ted and I.

Jon applies to both - I apply to neither .

And Jon, Ocean has also referred to that knuckle-draggin' KK mob as gentlemen ....so you decide the value of the word.
