Spiros wetsuit for The Keys...Need input.

I live in the FL. Keys and want to order a Spiros wetsuit for freedive spearfishing but need help on the thickness. I want to be able to wear it in the spring, summer and fall, do you think a 3mm would be too warm? Do anyone know if he make any of the suits in a thinner material? I also need help with camo color choices, I mostly hunt the reef but will occassionally hunt blue water, which camo pattern would be best? Can someone please explain to me the slickskin interior vs the nylon interior choices? I know thats a lot of questions so thanks for your input.

I think 3mm will be fine. I was in cuba in january and used a 3mm suit. It was yamamoto neopren with open cell interior. I was comfortably in the water for at least six hours. Slickskin or open cell interior is warmer, smoother and in my opinion more comfortable to wear. Nylon is more durable. At least with open cell you need to use soap or some lube to put it on.
