Wetsuit for South Florida Waters

I need advice on two wetsuits and what would be a better choice for me to go with. I usually dive in shallow reefs, I have a choise to get the Cressi tecnica or the Imersion Seriole camo blue. There about the same price and size difference is little to none. However the cressi is a 3.5mm and the Imersion is 3mm for south florida water what would most spearos go with? In terms of cammo, durability, quality? an overall opinion why one would be better than the other. Thanks!
