Which is the best material, a wetsuit should be made of?

Hi everybody, this is my first post in this forum and i would like to get some info about all these materials..

What is the difference between Yamamoto 39 - 40 - 45?
What is open-cell 1000?
What is bio-cell 450?
What is Thermocell?

Have you ever heard about those materials?
What are the advantages and disadvantages?

Thanks in advance
