1 st time mono fin !!

Can any one give suggestions about this mono fin please ?

I am 60kg 167cm tall ...... what hardness is best for me ?
would like to use it for dynamic and constant weight.
Which is the best angle for a mono ?

This depends on sooooo many things!

How good is your technique?
How well are you trained (lower back, stron or weak legs, flexibility of arms, etc) ?
Do you want it for competition or practice?
What kind of fins are you used to?

Well, my lower back and legs are not so bad but probably until i find the best technique for the mono will take some time. I tried many times to swim with bi fins using the mono fining technique. Also i am ready for some gym to strengthen the muscles but not to built mass.
For many years I was using plastic fins but since 1 year and half I started to use carbons. With a 3mm suit in summer i use a soft grade ( CTW 50m bi fins ) In deep winter with a 7mm suit and a headv weight belt I change to a medium grade ( grades vary a lot between brands )

At the moment i am not aiming for competition but more for practice. Although its best to buy a life time mono and spend the money once, I am afraid to spend so much money buying from internet without seeing the product in hands before buying,, especially the foot size.

It seems you should choose a softer blade, since you are used to softer blades and seem to do well with it. And I would not go for a stiffer blade as long as your technique is not used to the monofin style, especially not if your muscles are not used to it yet.

For the actual choice of the fin I am not a big help, because my experience is limited, I haven't tried enough different types to make a suggestion. You should have a look (use the search function) at the other posts about this topic. There is already a lot of philosophy on blade angles, footpockets, wings, materials etc. in this forum.

But, since you are only starting with monofins, maybe you can get a cheaper used one somewhere to get a feeling for the technique and find out more about your needs. Or maybe some of your dive buddies let you try, if they own one

Best to try one on before.

But from your description I think a blade between medium and soft would be best.

I would have a fin that is 0,5kg buoyant, it's easier in dynamic.
