1 stage regulator

Hi! I'm new in all these technical terminals and definitions and now got confused... I'm building up my hookah diving system, there I don't have problems... emergency cylinders, bought 2 on eBay from Germany as NEW, got two used.. Sadness and hope costumer support fight for my partial requested refund. The question is... how to sort out these many numbers on them, how to find is they still have a valid approval? And the second main question, which 1 stage regulator I must to buy for them? I know must be a DIN... but searching net me a bit confused... Is DIN can be an in variations? Or its a one international standard? Hope someone can help me... and sorry my not the best English, it's not my native language...
